In The Holidays

In the 2 weeks of holiday, I did amazing things! But the best thing I did, was to go to a Wedding. The wedding was our relative's wedding. My family and I had been waiting for a long time for the day to come and it finally came. It was a perfect sunny day and everything was planned just the way everyone wanted it to be. It took place in a huge hall in New Lynn. Our whole family went to the wedding. The decorations matched everything beautifully and it made the whole hall look like a complete different world. We got there extra early so that everything would be prepared before the bride and groom arrived. 

Everyone looked wonderful and neat at the same time. I wore my favourite red and white dress. And everyone thought I looked amazing. Finally the bride and groom arrived. The brides dress was really amazing as it was super long. People danced and danced and I think everyone had a great time especially me. I felt happy as anyone could ever be!

At the end, everyone was tired. It was time to go home after a long and astonishing day. The bride and groom was happy as everyone. Everyone felt happy for them and glad that they met each other!

Soccer Reflection - Fotor

Every Thursday, I would always be looking forward to Soccer. We would always enjoy playing soccer with Ben. Over the few weeks, we have learn't so much about Soccer. I have learn't how to stop the ball using different parts of my body, how to dribble the ball, how to defend and importantly how to work together in a team following the rules. I feel so proud of myself because at first I didn't know much about soccer but now I do! Hopefully we can learn more about soccer and Ben can visit our school again!

Kiwi Kids News Quiz

I have done a Kiwi Kids News Quiz. There were 30 questions. Out of 30 I scored 25 points. I have only got 5 wrong. I found the sports questions the most difficult. I think I did a great job and I am proud of my result. I have learn't so much from the quiz. Hopefully I can get a much higher score and maybe get all of the questions correct! I can do this by going on Kiwi Kids News daily (Every Day) and by watching the news every night. Have you tried the Kiwi Kids Quiz?

Long Tailed Bats

This is my Google Drawing about Long-Tailed Bats. I have found our what they eat, when they are active, where they live, if they are endangered and some interesting facts about the Long Tailed Bat. Long Tailed Bats are rare and endangered. This is because pest and animals eat them. Animals such as cats, possums, rats and stoats eat them. You can help Long Tailed Bats by keeping your pets away from them. Hopefully if you do this, they won't get extinct!
