Average Number Of Rubbish Types In PBS

This is a collaborative DLO created by Yvette and I that shows the number of rubbish types in our school last week. There are 4 different types of rubbish, which are: Food Scraps, Packets, Glad Wrap and Containers. We have put all the results in a chart to give a clearer understanding. 

iFakeText - Breakfast In Schools

This is my iFaketext with Yvette on whether breakfast in schools should be provided. We both agreed that breakfast should be provided. We state multiple reasons why we think this way.

Hone Heke

This is a short biography based on "Hone Heke". A famous chief who was the first person ever to sign The Treaty Of Waitangi". I have created this collaboratively with Yvette. I have also included pictures to show more detail in my work.

Wahine Disaster

This is a short summary of what happened on the day of "The Wahine Disaster".  I created this  collaboratively with a classmate. This poster tells you when the tragedy happened and where it took place, along with the some information about the deceased. 

Simple And Compound Sentence

This is a DLO based on Simple and Compound Sentences created collaboratively with Yvette and I. We have included a definition of both sentences following with an example to build our understanding with all sentences. 

Hokule'a

This is a collaborative google presentation that retells our experience of welcoming the Hokule'a waka. I worked on this DLO with 2 other classmates. It was a collaborative task and achievement. Hopefully you can learn something form it!

Powtoon DLO Strategy

Here is a collabrative slide show by Yvette, Fine and I. We have used Powtoon to create a video/slideshow to show our learning with decimals. Our learning intention is to: solve addition problems with tenths by changing one number into a whole number.
